| 摘 要： | 通过系统、组织及个人3个层面对农民参与新型农村合作医疗意愿不强的影响因素进行深层次的剖析,结合传统合作医疗的社会动员机制,提出相关建议,从而为保证新型农村合作医疗取得长足发展提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | Through analysis of will of NCMS from three hierarchies of system and organization and individual, these influencing factors were excavated deeply for the weak participation wish of peasants. Based on social mobilization mechanism of traditional cooperation medical system, some corresponding advice were put forward, which provided theoretical support for ensuring NCMS further developed. |
