| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆信息服务社会化是社会发展的需要，是信息服务发展的需要，是提高全民素质的需要。搞好社会化服务就要以市场为导向，改进服务方式，增加服务深度，使高校图书馆不仅是学校的文献信息中心，还要成为社会信息化的重要基地。

We believe,through people＇s great efforts,university library will be beth the documentary information center of university and the base of social informatization. |
