现代生物技术在油菜育种中的应用

摘    要:介绍了植物组织培养技术、重组DNA技术和分子标记在油菜育种中的应用。植物组织培养技术已日趋成熟,应用在了油菜的单倍体育种、远缘杂交和染色体诱变等方面;重组DNA技术在油菜抗除草剂,抗虫和抗病等方面已发挥巨大作用;随着基因饱和度的增加,基因图谱与物理图谱的建立,分子标记将有望在提高选择效率,培育好的油菜品种方面发挥大的作用。

Abstract:The application of techniques of plant tissue culture,DNA recombination and molecular marker in rape breeding were introduced in the paper.The plant tissue culture was more advanced and was applied in haploid breeding,distance hybrid and chromsome induction of the rape breeding.The DNA recombination had played great role in herbicide resistance,pest resistance and disease-resistance of rape.With the increase of the gene saturation and the establi shment of gene map and physical map,molecular marker are expected to play the greater role in increasing selection efficienty and doing good job in rape breeding.
