三元杂种[A_2A_2G_1G_1]×[A_2×(AD)_1]的形态及核型分析

摘    要:在对亚比棉异源四倍体A2A2G1G1]研究的基础上,对亲本A2×(AD)1]和三元杂种A2A2G1G1]×A2×(AD)1]进行了形态学和核型分析。形态学分析表明:在23个性状当中,有26.1%的性状趋向于母本,有13.1%的性状趋向于父本,21.7%的性状为与父母本相同的性状,13.1%的性状表现为中间性状,26.0%的性状表现为超亲性状。核型分析表明:异源多倍体A2×(AD)1]体细胞染色体数目为2n=4x=52,核型公式为2n=4x=52=50(2SAT)+2sm属1B型;三元杂种A2A2G1G1]×A2×(AD)1]体细胞染色体数目为2n=4x=52,核型公式为2n=4x=52=40m(4SAT)+12sm(2SAT)属2A型。

Abstract:Morphological character and karyotype analysis of parents and Trispecific hybrid A_ 2 A_ 2 G_ 1 G_ 1 ] were studied on the base of allotetraploid A_ 2 A_ 2 G_ 1 G_ 1 ] comparison.The morphology analysis showed that among the 23 traits,there were 26.1 percent of traits tended to female parent,13.1 percent of traits tended to male both parent,21.7 percent of traits were the same with both parents,13.1 percent of traits showed middle traits,26.0 percent of traits showed superior to its parents.The analysis of karyotype demonstrated that the chromosome number of somatic cells of allopolyploid was 2n=4x=52,the karyotype formula was 2n=4x=52=50(2SAT) 2sm,belonging to "1B"type;the chromosome number of somatic cells of Trispecific hybrid A_ 2 A_ 2 G_ 1 G_ 1 ] was 2n=4x=52, the karyotype formula was 2n=4x=52=40m(4SAT) 12sm(2SAT),belonging to "2A"type.
