世界遗产视野下普洱景迈山古茶林的价值探究

摘    要:目的研究景迈山普洱茶区不同生境茶园及茶窖的空气微生物群落结构多样性和差异性,对景迈山普洱茶区的微生物进行溯源,更好地保证景迈山原产地生产的普洱茶微生物的一致性。方法利用安德森空气微生物采样器对4个不同生境茶园(CY-A~CY-D)和茶窖(CJ)的空气采样,采用平板涂布分离技术培养采集的微生物,并利用分子生物学技术鉴定其种类。结果在茶园和茶窖的空气微生物中经分离纯化共得到310株细菌和191株真菌,分别归类于27个细菌属和18个真菌属,4个茶园空气微生物丰富性不同(CY-C>CY-A>CY-B>CY-D),但均分离得到肠杆菌属(Enterobacter);茶窖的微生物群落不含肠杆菌属,而以链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)为主。结论景迈山不同生境下的空气微生物群落组成有差异性,茶树品种或套种品种越多的茶园,空气微生物种类越丰富,肠杆菌属是景迈山普洱茶区空气微生物群落组成的显著特征,为进一步探究普洱茶微生物的来源提供一定的数据支持。

Abstract:PurposeTo study the diversity and difference of air microbial community structure in tea gardens and tea cellars of different habitats in pu-erh tea area of Jingmai Mountain, so as to better ensure the consistency of microorganisms in pu-erh tea production in the original place of Jingmai Mountain.MethodsAnderson air microbe sampler was used to sample the air of tea garden in four tea garden (CY-A- CY-D) and a tea cellar (CJ), plate coating separation technology was used to culture the collected microbe, and molecular biology technology was used to identify the species.ResultsA total of 310 strains of bacteria and 191 strains of fungi were isolated and purified, respectively distributed in 27 bacterial genera and 18 fungal genera. The air microbial richness of the four tea gardens was different (CY-C>CY-A> CY-B>CY-D). Enterobacter was isolated from the four tea gardens, however, the microbial community of tea cellar was slightly different, excluding Enterobacter, and dominated by Streptomyces, Aspergillus and Bacillus.ConclusionThe composition of air microbial community in different habitats of Jingmai Mountain is different. The more varieties of tea trees and intercropped plants, the more kinds of air microorganisms in tea garden. Enterobacter is a significant feature of the composition of air microbial communities in Jingmai Mountain tea area, which provides certain data support for further exploration of the source of pu-erh tea microorganisms.
