吡虫啉对西花蓟马和花蓟马种间竞争及后代发育的影响

摘    要:ttttt目的ttttt明确吡虫啉对南方小花蝽捕食功能反应和寻找效应的影响。ttttttttttttt方法ttttt选取0.8、1.6和2.4 mg/L的吡虫啉,以蒸馏水为对照,对南方小花蝽进行处理;分别在西花蓟马密度为30、40和50头/瓶下探究不同吡虫啉质量浓度对南方小花蝽捕食西花蓟马功能的影响。ttttttttttttt结果ttttt在3个不同质量浓度吡虫啉下,南方小花蝽对西花蓟马的功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ型圆盘方程。南方小花蝽捕食量的差异与吡虫啉质量浓度有一定的关系,突出表现在猎物密度为50头的处理中,吡虫啉质量浓度为2.4 mg/L时南方小花蝽的捕食量显著低于对照(P<0.05)。南方小花蝽对西花蓟马的控制作用和寻找效应在吡虫啉处理下有所下降,吡虫啉质量浓度为0.8 mg/L时影响不显著(P>0.05),吡虫啉质量浓度为1.6和2.4 mg/ L时,南方小花蝽对西花蓟马的控制作用和寻找效应均显著降低(P<0.05)。tttttttttttttttttt结论ttttt吡虫啉对南方小花蝽捕食西花蓟马的数量和功能反应均有影响,在较低质量浓度范围内,随着吡虫啉质量浓度增加,南方小花蝽对西花蓟马的的捕食数量和控制作用降低。tttt

Abstract:tttttPurposetttttTo study the effect of imidacloprid on the functional response and searching efficiency of Orius similis.ttttttttttttttttttMethodtttttThe imidacloprid mass concentrations of 0.8, 1.6 and 2.4 mg/L and distilled water as control were selected to treat O. similis with the Frankliniella occidentalis densities at 30, 40 and 50 per treatment, respectively, to find out the effect of O. similis on predatory to F. occidentalis under different imidacloprid concentrations.ttttttttttttttttttResulttttttThe functional response of O. similis to F. occidentalis was consistent with the Holling II disc equation under the influence of these three imidacloprid concentrations. The difference in predation of O. similis had a certain relationship with the concentration of imidacloprid, that is O. similis predation number was significantly lower in the imidacloprid concentration at 2.4 mg/L than that on control especially in the prey density at 50 (P<0.05). Compared with the control, the control and searching efficiency ofO. similis to F. occidentalis was decreased under the influence of imidacloprid, and the effect of imidacloprid concentration at 0.8 mg/L was not significant (P>0.05), however, the control effect and the finding effect ofO. similis to F. occidentalis were significantly reduced (P<0.05) when the concentration of imidacloprid was at 1.6 mg/L and 2.4 mg/L.ttttttttttttttttttConclusiontttttImidacloprid had a negative effect on the number and functional response of O. similis predator to F. occidentalis. The predation number and control effect of O. similis to F. occidentalis decreased under the lower concentrations of imidacloprid.ttttttttt
