菲牛蛭的人工养殖方式试验

摘    要:ttttt目的ttttt研究菲牛蛭蛭体氨基酸与蛋白饲料原料氨基酸平衡,为菲牛蛭氨基酸平衡饲料开发提供参考。ttttttttttttt方法ttttt采用高效液相柱前衍生方法测定菲牛蛭蛭体和11种蛋白饲料的氨基酸含量,通过灰色关联分析方法中的灰色关联度评价11种蛋白饲料与菲牛蛭蛭体氨基酸平衡程度。ttttttttttttt结果ttttt11种蛋白饲料与菲牛蛭蛭体氨基酸平衡的灰色关联度从高到低为牛肉粉>大豆浓缩蛋白>血浆蛋白粉>(猪肉粉=鸡肉粉)>(鱼粉>大豆分离蛋白)>血粉>血球蛋白粉>豆粕>全脂奶粉。ttttttttttttt结论ttttt牛肉粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、血浆蛋白粉、猪肉粉、鸡肉粉、鱼粉和大豆分离蛋白7种蛋白饲料原料与菲牛蛭蛭体氨基酸灰色关联度均在0.8以上,可优选作为开发菲牛蛭人工饲料的蛋白饲料原料。tttt

Abstract:tttttPurposetttttWe aimed to study the amino acid balance of the Hirudinaria manillensis and protein feed raw material, in order to provide reference for development of amino acid balanced feed for the leech of the H. manillensis.ttttttttttttttttttMethodtttttThe high performance liquid column derivative method was used to determine the content of amino acid in the H. manillensis and 11 protein feedstuffs, in order to evaluate gray correlation degree of amino acids balance between 11 kinds of protein feed raw materials and H. manillensis.ttttttttttttttttttResulttttttThe grey correlation degree of amino acids balance between 11 kinds of protein feed raw material and H. manillensis from high to low was: beef powder>soybean protein concentrate>plasma protein powder>(pork powder=chicken powder)>(fishmeal>soy protein isolate)>blood meal>hemoglobin>soybean meal>whole milk powder.ttttttttttttttttttConclusiontttttThe grey correlation degree was above 0.8 for seven kinds of protein feed: beef powder, soybean protein concentrate, plasma protein powder, pork powder, chicken powder, fish meal and soy protein isolate, which can be optimized as the protein feed raw material of H. manillensis feed.ttttttttt
