比色法测定消癌平注射液中总酚酸的含量

摘    要:ttttt目的ttttt研究不同的干燥方式对通关藤主要药效成分含量的影响。ttttttttttttt方法ttttt设置阴干、阴干10 d+50 ℃烘干、30 ℃烘干、50 ℃烘干、105 ℃杀青30 min+80 ℃烘干共5个处理,应用HPLC测定各处理下通关藤中绿原酸和通关藤苷H的含量,紫外—可见分光光度法测定总酚酸和总皂苷的含量。ttttttttttttt结果ttttt通关藤总酚酸含量在阴干处理下最高,50 ℃烘干的含量次之,其余3个处理下的总酚酸含量最低。干燥方式对绿原酸的含量影响最大,5个处理间均呈显著性差异,其中阴干10 d+50 ℃烘干后绿原酸的含量最高,80 ℃烘干的绿原酸含量最低,且前者是后者的8倍左右;总皂苷在阴干10 d+50 ℃烘干和阴干处理下的含量最高,80 ℃烘干处理下的含量最低;通关藤苷H的含量表现为随干燥温度的升高而增加的趋势。ttttttttttttt结论ttttt采用何种干燥方式干燥通关藤,应根据所需的药效成分含量指标进行判断。若以总酚酸和绿原酸为主要参考指标,应选择阴干或低温干燥;若以通关藤苷H和总皂苷为指标,则应采用高温快速干燥法进行干燥。tttt

Abstract:tttttPurposetttttTo study the effects of the contents of chlorogenic acid, total phenolic acids, total saponins and tenacissoside H in Marsdenia tenacissima under different drying methods.ttttttttttttttttttMethordstttttFive treatments were set up: dry in the shade, 30 ℃ oven drying, dry in shade 10 d+50 ℃ oven drying, 50 ℃ oven drying and 80 ℃ oven drying. The chlorogenic acid and tenacissoside H were determined by HPLC, and the total phenolic acid and total saponins were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.tttttttttttttResultstttttThe phenolic acid content was the highest under the dry in shade. And the second was under 50 ℃ oven drying. The content was lowest under other three methods. Drying methods had the greatest influence on the content of chlorogenic acid. There were significant differences during 5 treatments. Among them, the highest content of chlorogenic acid under 10 d dry in shade + 50 ℃ drying was 8 times than the content lowest under 80 ℃ oven drying. The highest levels of total saponins in dry in the shade 10 days+ 50 ℃ oven drying and dry in the shade. The tendency of tenacissoside H was increasing with the temperature up.tttttttttttttConclusionstttttWe should according to the needing to choose a suitable method to dry the M. tenacissima. If the total phenolic acid and chlorogenic acid as the main reference index, should choose dry in the shade or low temperature drying. If the tenacissoside H and total saponins of indicators, using high temperature rapid drying method to dry.ttttttttt
