无机高分子絮凝剂处理垃圾渗滤液的研究

摘    要:采用室内试验方法,研究了新型无机高分子絮凝剂铁铝共聚物(PAFC)对垃圾渗滤液的絮凝处理效果。结果表明:①不同配比的铁铝共聚物(PAFC)(B=1.5,0.1 mol·L-1)及聚合氯化铝(PAC)(B=1.5,0.1 mol·L-1)对渗滤液的浊度去除率均达到95%以上,但CODCr去除率以PAFC3(Fe/AL 7/3)最高,为16.76%;②絮凝剂随含铁量的增加,沉降速度逐渐加快;③絮凝剂的最佳投加量为20 mL·L-1,其最适pH值为6~8;④与市售聚合氯化铝(PAC)相比,PAFC(Fe/AL=7/3)在沉降性能、浊度去除率和CODCr去除率上均显示出较大的优越性,可以代替目前普遍使用的PAC。

Abstract:In this paper,with the method of laboratory,the effect of the flocculation on leachate of a new type of inorganic polymer flocculation Ferrum and Aluminum copolymer(PAFC) has been studied.The results showed that the removal rates of turbidity with the different flocculations were more than 95%,with the highest removal rate(16.76%) of PAFC3(Fe/AL 7/3) for CODcr;②The subsidence speed was accelerated with the increase of ferrum content in flocculation;③The best flocculating effect of treatment could be achieved under the condition of the addition of PAFC(Fe/AL=7/3) at around 20mL·L-1,at the pH 6~8;④Compared with the commercial polyaluminum chloride(PAC),the PAFC(7:3) had superiority in the settling performance,the efficiency of removal turbidity and CODCr,and it can replace the PAC used widespread.
