高产 优质 多抗棉花新品种快育2号的选育

快育2号是以GK12选系966为母本、冀棉8号选系638为父本选育出来的集高产、稳产、优质、多抗于一体的转基因棉花新品种。该品种在2004~2007年冀东棉区区域试验中,19个点次全部增产,增幅均达到极显著水平。皮棉产量、霜前皮棉产量分别为1 596 kg/hm2和1 437.75 kg/hm2,分别较对照99B增产14.0%和15.6%。该品种抗病性强,为高抗枯萎病、耐黄萎病品种。纤维品质综合配套：主体长度29.4 mm,整齐度84.6%,比强度28.6 cN/tex,马克隆值4.8。综合表现突出。

Selection of High-yield,High-quality and Multi-resistance Cotton Variety Kuaiyu No.2

Kuaiyu No.2 was a new transgenic cotton variety bred by crossing between 966（GK12 strain,femal parent）and 638（Jimian No.8 strain,male parent）,which integrated the characteristics of high-yield,stable-yield,high quality and multi-resistence.The yield increased in 19 sites in the regional tests in East Hebei from 2004 to 2007,and the range of increasing in yield reached very significant level.The lent yield and that before frost were 1 596 kg/hm2 and 1 437.75 kg/hm2,respectively,which increased by 14.0% and 15.6% than the control variety 99B,respectively.It was high resistant to Fusarium wilt,and was tolerant to Vertillium wilt.The fiber quality was integrative with the modal length 29.4 mm,uniformity 84.6%,specific strength 28.6 cN/tex,and Micronaire value 4.8.Its comprehensive characters were excellent.
