论云南省"十一·五"期间年森林采伐限额编制方法及其成果分析

由云南省林业厅组织的云南省“十一.五”森林采伐限额编制工作已完成,并经国务院批准实施,其年采伐限额总量为3 148.2万m3。文章论述了此次编限工作的原则、特点、技术方法,并对编限结果进行了分析,总结了工作成果、经验,指出存在的问题,提出了改进意见。

Discussion on Forest Cutting Quota of Yunnan Province During the 11th 5 - year Plan Period

The task of composing the cutting quota of Yunnan province during the 11th 5-year plan period organized by Department of Forestry has already been finished and approved by the State Council to implement.The total annual cutting quota is 31.482 million m~3.This paper elaborates the principle,characteristics and technique method for the composing,analyzes the outcome,and summarizes the achievements and experiences.Based on the existing problems identified,it also proposes the opinions on the improvement.
