| Abstract: | There are 9 genera, 23 varieties of bamboo resources in Jiufu Mountain Nature Reserve in Youxi County, Fujian Province. The main bamboo forests are Phyllostachys heterocycla cv.pubescens forests, Acidosasa notata forests, Indocatamus tesselatus forests and Pleioblastus amarus forests. Genus name, scientific name, use, habitats and the altitude distribution of each bamboo species are listed. And some suggestions for their development and utilization are proposed. |
