摘    要:以山东泰安早春常见蔬菜小红萝卜为材料,研究了不同浓度的稀土对小红萝卜产量和品质性状的影响,并进行了差异比较。结果表明:在一定浓度范围内,小红萝卜表现出长且粗的肉质根,叶片的光合速率和叶绿素含量提高,因此稀土可以明显提高小红萝卜的产量;同时可以促进小红萝卜蛋白质的合成,使其维生素C含量增加,表现出较好的食用品质。稀土浓度以500mg/L为最佳。

Abstract:Effect of different concentrations of rare earth on radish yield and quality was studied using red radish in Taian of Shandong Province.The results showed that rare earth in certain range could increase radish root length and width,leaf photosynthesis rate and chlorophyll content;therefore,enhanced red radish yields.Meanwhile,rare earth promoted protein synthesis and VC content,which showed good eating quality.The optimum rare earth content for red radish yields and quality was 500 mg/L.
