| Abstract: | The main factors which affect African smallholders' income, the planting situation of grain crops in Africa, the situation of agricultural land and the situation of agricultural policies in Africa are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the Agricultural Technology Demonstration Centers set up by China in Africa are pointed out, with the countermeasures offered. |
