New Ideas for Archival Work in Social Change Phase

The realization of "Two Changes" and establishment of "Two Systems" new strategies for archival work in China in the new era, which are analyzed from perspective of theoretical implication, meaning and approaches. Different departments' duties and tasks in the construction of "Two Systems" in archival work are discussed in order to provide reference for the establishment of "Two Systems" .
