中国林业企业社会责任的思考

森林资源是林业企业经营的主要对象,林业企业兼具发挥经济效益和生态效益的双重属性,因而林业企业在追求自身发展的同时,肩负着特殊的社会责任和历史使命。文中首先针对林业企业的经营特点探讨林业企业社会责任的内涵;其次,分析林业企业承担社会责任的历史必然性;再次,研究林业企业在履行社会义务中存在的主要问题。在此基础上,从可持续经营、节能减排和增加碳汇等角度,指出林业企业实现社会责任的路径。最后,从经营环境的视角提出推动林业企业承担社会责任的对策。

Thoughts on Corporate Social Responsibility of Forestry Enterprises in China

Forestry enterprises carry out their management based on forest resources,so they have the dual attributes of economic and ecological benefits.Thus,they shoulder special historic mission and social responsibility while in the pursuit of their own development.The paper first discussed the content of social responsibility of forestry enterprises in view of the management characteristics of forestry enterprises.Second,the analysis was made on the historical inevitability of forestry enterprises to take social responsibility.Third,the main problems arising in forestry enterprises' fulfilling their social obligations were studied.On this basis,the paper pointed out the approaches for forest enterprises to implement their social responsibilities from the perspectives of sustainable management,energy conservation & emission reduction and carbon sequestration.Finally,the countermeasures to promote forestry enterprises to undertake social responsibilities were proposed from the management environment perspective.
