摘    要:利用凯氏消煮炉(型号:K-424)和远红外消煮炉(型号:LWY848型控温式)两种消煮仪器对甘蔗植株样品进行消煮后,分别测定全氮、全磷、全钾含量,并用多项式曲线拟合比较测定结果。结果表明:远红外消煮制备待测液测定甘蔗植株养分全氮(半微量蒸馏定氮)、全氮(扩散定氮)、全磷、全钾测定值拟合曲线的决定系数(R2)分别:0.719 1、0.758 7、0.329 7、0.656 8;而凯氏消煮的决定系数(R2)分别:0.767 2、0.759 5、0.475 8、0.556 0。

Abstract:There had been digested sample of sugarcane plants with two instruments: K-424 digestion oven (Model: K-424) and far-infrared digestion oven (Model: LWY848) and then the contents of total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were measured. The curve fitting results showed that coefficient determination (R2) of total nitrogen (N in semi-micro distillation), total nitrogen (N in proliferation), total phosphorus, total potassium were 0.719 1, 0.7587, 0.329 7, 0.656 8.and 0.767 2, 0.759 5, 0.475 8, 0.556 0, which test liquid had prepared respectively with far-infrared digestion oven and K-424 digestion oven.
