| 摘 要： | 通过文献分析,建立起农垦国有资产盈利能力的财务评价指标,根据“十五”期间各垦区的财务数据,利用主成分分析法,确定各指标的权重并对垦区盈利状况进行深入分析,发现：2002年,税费改革极大的刺激了农垦经济的发展,部分垦区的盈利能力显著增强;“十五”期间,农垦国有资产的平均盈利能力逐渐上升,垦区间差异先缩小后扩大。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Earning Ability of State-Owned Assets in State Farms |

| Abstract: | The financial index system of earning ability of state-owned assets in state farms was established based on documents analysis. On the analysis of the state farms' financial data in the tenth five-year plan, we determined the weight of indicators and analyzed the state farms' earning ability using principal component analysis (PCA). It is found that some of the state farms' earnings ability enhanced greatly due to the reformation of taxation and charges in 2002. The average earning ability of state-owned assets in state farms increased year after year, while the difference between the state farms decreased firstly and then increased. |
