| 摘 要： | 于2010年甘蔗生长季节,对海南甘蔗产区8个县(市)24个乡镇进行甘蔗病毒病的调查和检测,初步明确海南蔗区甘蔗病毒病种类主要有2种,即由甘蔗黄叶病毒(Sugarcane yellow leaf virus,ScYLV)引起的甘蔗黄叶病和由高粱花叶病毒(Sorghum mosaic virus,SrMV)引起的甘蔗花叶病。其中甘蔗黄叶病最为普遍,检出率达到75%,可能是影响海南蔗区甘蔗产量的重要因素之一,而由高粱花叶病毒引起的甘蔗花叶病次之。同时针对甘蔗病毒病提出推广甘蔗脱毒健康种苗是其防治的主要措施,对指导海南蔗区乃至全国甘蔗生产具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The occurrence situation of viral diseases in sugarcane was investigated in 24 towns, 8 counties in Hainan Province. And two main types of viral diseases occurred in this region, including sugarcane yellow leaf disease caused by Sugarcane yellow-leaf virus and sugarcane mosaic disease caused by Sorghum mosaic virus. Sugarcane yellow-leaf disease was more wide spread than sugarcane mosaic disease. Its detection rate reached 75%. With status of the viral pathogen infection, it is emergent to plant disease-free seedlings to prevent these diseases in Hainan and even nationwide sugarcane production regions. |
