Student union's work of college or department is the important carrier of ideological and political education in university, and provides university students with the platform of training themselves and developing their own quality. The work mode directly affects the working efficiency and the result of ideological and political education. The similarities and differences between the enterprise and student union of college or department are compared and analyzed from the sources of funds, personnel appointments and removals, work systems and organizational activities and other aspects, based on the author's work experience.
