海南岛咖啡早期引种扩种史考

通过对中国咖啡早期引种扩种历史的考察论证，发现海南岛咖啡最早引种的年代应该是1898年。从1908年(光绪三十四年)起，海南岛咖啡早期引种扩种的规模是全国最大的，并最先实现咖啡产业化。这是中国人自己早期在海南岛大规模引种扩种咖啡，为中国咖啡事业的发展提供了宝贵的经验，奠定了坚实的基础。但是，从上世纪80年代后期开始，海南岛咖啡种植规模逐年萎缩，以致目前就其种植面积及产量来看是全国最小的，值得反思。
