| Abstract: | This essay hereby on the basis of the analysis on the difficulty and problems currently exist in the reception, offers a public reception service mode for scientific research institutes, namely "small body, big reception". Measures and recommendations are offered from the aspects of perfecting operating mechanism, improving reception network, highlighting technological characteristics, carrying forward the spirit of scientific research, intensifying team-building and system security. |
