摘    要:在检验种子年产度或生活力的实际工作中,常常要求能在短时间内得到结果。这就需要用到一些快速的、简易的测定方法。除了我们在前面介绍过的挥发性醛测定法外,还有紫外荧光法,软X 射线法,电导法和TTC 测定

Abstract:The difference of viability of soybean seeds in different age is evident.It isdifferentiated easily with methods of fluorescence,soft X-rays,electric conductivityand tetrazolium test.New seeds have bright blue-green fluorescence under ultraviolet rays;aged seeds,dim fluorescence.The pictures of soft X-rays of new seeds are darker than that ofaged seeds.The change of electric conductivity of new seeds is steadier than thatof aged seeds.New seeds are dyed bright red by TTC;aged seeds are not dyed orare dyed dark red with stains.
