西瓜枯萎病抗性及其与体内一些生化物质含量的关系

摘    要:研究表明西瓜幼苗体内多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性与西瓜枯萎病的抗性间不存在显著相关 ;而抗坏血酸氧化酶活性与西瓜枯萎病抗性之间存在极显著相关 ,这可作为鉴定和筛选抗病性个体的生化指标。西瓜幼苗根系中苹果酸含量、草酸含量及有机酸总量与抗病性不存在显著相关 ;而乙酸和柠檬酸含量则与西瓜枯萎病抗性之间存在着显著和极显著相关。它们亦可作为筛选抗性的生化指标。

Abstract:The research showed that there were no significant correlation between the activity of poly phenol oxidase and peroxidase and the resistance.There was a remarkable correlation between activity of Vitamin C oxidase and resistance.Thus for the activity of Vitamin C oxidase could be used as a biochemical parameter for screening watermelon varieties with resistance to Fusarium wilt.There were no significant correlation between content of maleite acid,Oxalic acid and total content of organic acid in root of watermelon seedlings and Fusarium wilt disease resistance.There were a significant correlation between the contents of acetic acid and citric acid and Fusarian wilt disease resistance.They could be used as a biochemical parameter to identify the fusarium wilt disease resistance of watermelon varieties.
