红栀子炭疽病病原菌生物学特性及室内药剂筛选

摘    要:通过对红栀子炭疽病Colletotrichum gloeosporioides生物学特性研究证明:该菌菌丝在PSA培养基上一般呈等径辐射生长,毛毡状,菌落圆形或近圆形,边缘整齐平坦,有明显的分层轮纹。室内药剂筛选试验以72%杜邦克露WP的抑制效果最好,抑菌率79.5%;其稀释小于1 000倍的室内杀菌效果最好。

Abstract:The felt hyphae of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides could grow radially with the same diameter and the colony was round or ellipse with smooth edge and layered lines.The fungicide screening test in lab showed that the best one was Dubangkelou WP with an inhibition rate of 79.5% and the best concentrations were 1 000 times or less.
