临沧主栽核桃品种坚果特性及营养成分评价

摘    要:为全面综合评价临沧主栽核桃品种资源,以3个核桃品种坚果作为试验材料,分别对果实形态性状及蛋白质、脂肪酸、矿物元素含量等进行检测分析。结果表明,不同核桃品种间品质存在差异,3个品种在坚果纵径、横径、棱径、仁重、粒重、壳厚、出仁率方面差异显著,而核桃内含物蛋白质、脂肪酸、矿质含量差异不显著。综合评价结果表明,品质较好的品种有临宝核桃、漾濞泡核桃。

Evaluation of Nut Characteristics and Nutrient Component of Main Walnut Varieties in Lincang
Abstract:In order to comprehensively evaluate the resources of the main walnut varieties in Lincang, three walnut varieties were used as experimental materials to detect and analyze the fruit morphological traits, contents pf protein, fatty acid and mineral element. The results showed that there were differences in quality among three walnut varieties, and the differences were significant in nut longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, edge diameter, kernel weight, grain weight, shell thickness and kernel yield, while the differences were not significant in protein, fatty acid, and mineral content; the comprehensive evaluation results indicated that the varieties with better quality were Linbao walnut and Yangbi bubble walnut.
