| 摘 要： | 核桃营养成分及功效的研究一直是世界核桃研究和关注的重要领域。2009年1月和2009年8月美国加州核桃委员会发布了核桃特殊营养成分功效12a和15a以上两个临床研究报告,报告比较系统地介绍了美国核桃营养特殊营养成分以及功效的临床研究结果,而在临床研究方面我国显得明显不足,这两个报告对我国认识核桃独特营养成分功效以及开展核桃的研究都具有一定得借鉴意义,本文对报告进行了综述并提出对我国核桃研究的启示。

| Abstract: | The clinical research explore benefits of walnuts＇ unique nutritional profile is always a significant domain of wal- nuts research and concern in the world. In January and August 2009, California Walnut Commission issued the reports of two clinical studies in respectively 12 years and over 15 years about unique nutritional benefits of walnuts. The reports illustrated comprehensively the unique nutritional components and clinical benefits of Walnut. Because China lacks clinical research of walnut, the reports are helpful for us to understand the unique nutritional benefits of walnut and carry out walnut research in our country. The reports have been edited and given the inspiration on walnut research of China. |
