| Abstract: | The paper elaborates the concept,objectives,mission and means of sustainable forest management.Started from the establishment of criteria and index system for forest sustainable development,the paper discusses research progress of both domestic and international forest sustainable management,and expounds the different attitudes toward setting up criteria and index in both developed and developing countries.However,it clarifies the developmental tendency of forest sustainable development from domestic and international aspects. |
