膨胀与干燥工序工艺参数对叶丝常规化学成分的影响

摘    要:为研究膨胀与干燥工序工艺参数对叶丝常规化学成分的影响,采用均匀设计,对HT压力、热风温度、筒体转速、热风风门开度和排潮风门开度5个工艺参数进行了试验。结果表明,在试验范围内,对总植物碱含量影响最大的是热风温度与滚筒转速的交互作用;对总糖和还原糖含量影响最大的是HT压力与滚筒转速的交互作用;对氯含量影响最大的是HT压力;对钾含量影响最大的是热风温度与热风风门开度的交互作用;对总氮含量影响最大的是热风风门开度与滚筒转速的交互作用。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of technological parameters of expanding and drying on routine chemical components of cut lamina,five technological parameters(steam pressure of HT,temperature of hot air,rotational velocity of cylinder,opening of hot air valve and wet air exhaust valve)were studied with uniform experiment.The rosalts showed that within the tested range,the most effects on total alkaloids came from the mutual acts of temperature of hot air and rotational velocity of cylinder;the most effects on total sugar and reducing sugar came from the mutual acts of steam pressure of HT and rotational velocity of cylinder;the most effects on chlorine came from the steam pressure of HT;the most effects on potassium came from the mutual acts of temperature of hot air and opening of hot air valve;the most effects on total nitrogen came from the mutual acts of opening of hot air valve and rotational velocity of cylinder.
