| 摘 要： | 从青海省民和县共采集了5群东方蜜蜂的标本.每群测定分析15只工蜂,每只工蜂总共有38个测定的形态特征.测定的性状特征数据进行主成分分析、因素分析和聚类分析,并采用计算机进行了数据分析,得出该地区东方蜜蜂的形态学数据.结果发现:青海省民和县的东方蜜蜂单独分为一个类群.青海东方蜜蜂种群内遗传变异较为丰富,其形态性状特征表现出较明显的地理变异性.

| Abstract: | The morphological characters of Apis cerana of Qinghai in China was studied using morphological methods. 5 samples of A.cerana were collected from Qinghai Province. 38 standard morphological characters were mea- sured. The data were statistically analyzed as factor anal- ysis and cluster analysis. Test shows a high degree of variation in size with various geographic features. The bees of A.cerana in Qinghai form one individual branch. |
