牛泰勒焦虫血源细胞的生长与代谢

摘    要:探讨了含致弱的牛环形泰勒焦虫裂殖体的血源白细胞 (简称牛泰勒焦虫血源细胞 )在方瓶中的生长与代谢特性。结果表明 ,牛环形泰勒焦虫血源细胞在小方瓶中接种 7.5× 10 4cells/ml,经 84h达最高值 11.6× 10 4cells/ml,接种后在 4 8h内 ,细胞基本处于生长的适应期 ;4 8~ 84h ,细胞快速增殖 ,处于对数生长期 ;在 84~ 12 0h ,细胞基本处于稳定期状态 ;当细胞培养到 12 0h以后 ,活性开始急速下降 ,细胞进入衰亡期 ,到 14 4h ,活细胞只有8.5 6 %。在细胞培养 10 8h以内 ,葡萄糖基本处于缓慢的直线消耗状态 ,由起始浓度 2 .2 91g/l降至 0 .0 3g/l。葡萄糖耗竭 12h后 ,细胞开始快速死亡

Abstract:The growth and metabolism of bovine white blood cells infected with schizonts of Theileria annulata in T-flask is discussed. The results suggest that the cells growth from inoculum size (7.5×10~4 cells/ml) to maximal viable cell density (11.6×10~4cells/ml) in the period of 48 hours. The growth curve is as follows: lag phase from 0 to 48 hour, logarithmic phase from 48 to 84 hour, stationary phase from 84 to 120 hour, and decline phase from 120 to 144 hour. In decline phase, the viable cell is 8.56%. In 108 hours, the consumption of glucose is declined with slowness linearization and its concentration is from 2.291~0.03 g/l. When the glucose was exhausted after 12 hours, the cells begin death quickly.
