摘    要:以上海中心区域同地段的独立小区为研究对象,利用遥感技术和流动观察分析不同绿化特征(绿化覆盖率、容积率和乔木比例)的居住区热环境效应,以期为解决居住区热环境状况,提供准确、有效的科学数据和监测方法。结果表明,在区域平均气温达35℃时,居住区绿化覆盖率每增加10%,可降温0.36℃;居住区乔木面积比每增加10%,可降温0.12℃;居住区容积率平均每上升1.0,气温平均升高0.2℃。总体上,居住区的热环境效应与绿化覆盖率和乔木比例的之间存在显著的负相关,与居住区容积率存在显著正相关。两种监测方法均能反映热环境与绿化因素的关系,但在尺度和精度上两者各有取舍,具体要根据研究的需求进行选择或综合使用。

Abstract:Taking the independent residential areas in Shanghai central area as objectives, using remote sensing technology and flow observation, the thermal environment effect of different greening characteristics (green coverage, floor area ratio and arbor proportion ) in residential areas were analyzed, so as to provide an accurate, effective scientific data and monitoring method for solving thermal environment status in residential area. The relative thermal environmental factors had green rate, building floor area ratio and arbor proportion. In order to provide accurate, valid scientific data and monitoring methodology,which solve the thermal environment of residential areas. The results showed that under the regional average temperature of 35℃, the temperature would decrease 0. 36% when residential area green coverage increased 10% ; the temperature would decrease 0.12℃ when proportion of green arbor increased 10% ; the temperature would decrease 0.2℃ when residential building floor area ratio increased 1. Generally, the thermal environment effect decreases with the increase of the three indicators of green rate and arbor proportion, and increase with the increase of the building floor area ratio, which have significant correlations between them. Two kinds of monitoring methods can reflect the relationship between thermal environment and greening factors, but have each choice in both scale and precision, to se]ect or inte- grated use according to the needs of the specific study.
