摘    要:在林农复合经营系统中,研究不同浓度2025杨树叶浸提液对5种作物种子的萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同质量浓度2025杨树叶水浸提液对受体作物的发芽率、发芽指数、苗高、根长和鲜重既有促进作用,也有抑制作用,其作用强度和浸提液的浓度有关,整体上表现出低促高抑的双重浓度效应。知母在5 mg·mL-1处理时种子活力最强,桔梗、板蓝根不同处理简化活力均较对照升高,小麦种子简化活力指数随浸提液浓度升高而下降,白菜的简化活力指数随叶浸提液浓度的升高而升高。

Abstract:The effects of the water extracts from poplar 2025 leaves on 5 kinds of crops seeds germination and seedling growth were investigated. The results showed that the inhibition and promotion of water extracts from poplar 2025 on crops seeds germination and seedling growth were obvious, the influencing strength was related to the concentration of water extracts, on the whole, and the strength increased with relatively low concentration and decreased with relatively high concentration of water extracts. The seed vigor of anemarrhena was strongest at 5 mg·mL-1 water extracts, meanwhile, the seed vigor of balloonflower and isatis root at different concentrations of water extracts were higher than those in control. The seed vigor of wheat decreased with the increase of water extracts, whereas the seed vigor of cabbage showed the opposite trend.
