摘    要:组织创新是推进现代农业建设的核心和基础,食用菌产业作为我国现代农业重要组成部分,生产规模逐年扩大,组织经营模式亟待优化。该研究阐述了食用菌产业发展过程中组织创新的必要性,探讨如何培育壮大食用菌家庭农场、农民专业合作社、龙头企业等新型微观经济组织,根据交易费用优化组织经营模式,为推动我国食用菌产业健康发展提出建议。

Innovation of Management Mode of Edible Fungi Industry

Abstract:Organization innovation is the core and foundation for promoting modem agriculture development, the mushroom industry as an im- portant part of modem agriculture in China, the production scale has expanded each year, the organization management mode need to be opti- mized. The necessity of the organization innovation in the process of development of edible fungi industry was elaborated, how to tbster the growth of edible fungi family farm, farmer professional cooperatives, leading enterprises were discussed. The management mode was optimized according to transaction cost, which will provide suggestions to promote the healthy development of edible fungi industry in China.
