摘    要:畜产品质量安全是涉及养殖、加工、流通、管理及消费观念等环节的一项综合性工作,畜产品质量安全事关人民身体健康和生活质量。对畜产品质量安全的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了相关的技术和管理等对策,以供生产、经营、管理者参考。

Analysis on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Animal Products Quality and Safety

Abstract:The quality and safety of animal products is a comprehensive work relates to aquaculture, processing, circulation, management and consumption concept and other aspects, the quality and safety of animal products related to people health and life quality. The influencing factors for animal products quality and safety were analyzed, and corresponding technical and management countermeasures were put forward, so as to provide reference for production, operation and managers participation.
