烤烟新品种龙江237的选育及其特征特性

目的]为烤烟新品种龙江237的大面积推广应用提供科学依据。方法]介绍其亲本来源及选育过程、特征特性、原烟质量及栽培技术要点,探讨其应用价值。结果]烤烟新品种龙江237是采用MSNC89作母本,9891为父本组配而成的雄性不育杂交种。该品种农艺性状稳定,田间生长整齐一致,烟叶成熟特征明显,分层落黄好,易烘烤;对TMV免疫,中抗黑胫病和青枯病,中感根结线虫病、赤星病、CMV和PVY;烤后原烟呈橘黄色,结构疏松,色泽较强,油分较多,身份适中,主要化学成分含量适宜,比例协调,烟叶质量符合中式卷烟需要;与对照品种NC89相比,烟叶产量提高8.65%,产值提高20.68%,均价提高12.36%,上等烟比例提高8.65个百分点,是一个品质、抗性、产量、适应性等综合性状均能兼顾的优良新品种。结论]该品种适宜我国东北、黄淮烟区种植,具有广阔的应用前景。

Breeding and Characteristics of New Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Longjiang 237

Objective ] The aim was to provide a scientific basis for promotion and application of new flue-cured tobacco variety Longjaing 237 in a large scale. Method] The parents origin, breeding process, characteristics, raw tobacco quality and main cuhivation technology points of Longjiang 237 were introduced to discuss its application value. Result ] Longjiang 237, a new male-steri!e hybrid variety, was developed from MS NC89 as female and 9891 as male parent. With stable agronomic characteristics, Longjiang237 grew rather uniformly in field. Its leaves matured well layer by layer and was easy to cure. It was immune to TMV, moderately resistant to blank shank and Granville wilt, but it was moderately susceptible to root-knot nematode, brown spots, CMV and PVY. The color of its raw tobacco was orange with strong color intensity and rich oil. Its raw tobacco was medium and open. The chemical composition was favorable and well-proportioned to meet the requirements of manufacturing cigarettes with Chinese characteristics. Compared with the check variety NC89, the leaf yields, yield value, average price and ratio of high class leaf of Longjiang237 increased by 8.65%, 20.68%, 12.36% and 8.65%, respectively. Conclusion] Longjiang237 is a variety with favorable characteristics suitable for growing in China＇ s Northeast and Huanghuai areas, has a broad application prospect.
