摘    要:目的]研究以一定浓度赤霉素、聚乙二醇(PEG6000)和高锰酸钾渗透处理橡胶草种子对其萌发及相关生理指标的影响,分析橡胶草种子萌发和幼苗生长与水分胁迫的关系,旨在研究引发及促进供种萌发和活力的效应,为新能源植物橡胶草的生产管理提供科学依据。方法]分别将橡胶草种子浸泡于50、100、150、200 mg/L的赤霉素,质量分数为1%、5%、10%、15%的聚乙二醇溶液,质量分数为0.01%、0.02%、0.05%、0.10%的高锰酸钾溶液,用去离子水作对照,统计发芽势,计算发芽指数和活力指数。结果]不同溶液浸泡使橡胶草种子的发芽能力存在差异。当赤霉素浓度达到150 mg/L时,出现较高的发芽势和发芽率,发芽率为78%,发芽指数为21.22%;当聚乙二醇浓度为15%时,出现较高的发芽势和发芽率,发芽势为72%,发芽率为85%,发芽指数为22.08%;当高锰酸钾浓度为0.02%时,出现较高的发芽指数和发芽率,发芽势为50%,发芽率为84%,发芽指数为19.23%。结论]3种处理方法中以聚乙二醇浓度为15%时,处理效果最好,发芽势为72%,发芽率为85%,发芽指数为22.08%,与CK相比差异极显著(P0.01),建议推广使用。橡胶草发芽能力好,建议推广。

Effects of Different Solutions on Seed Germination of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin

Abstract: Objective ] The study mainly deals with the effect of Gibberellin, Polyethyleneglycol (PEG6000) and Permanganate of a certain concentration osmotic treatment on seed germination of Taraxa~um kok-saghyz Rodin and its relative physiological index. The interaction among the seed germination, seedling growth and water stress were analyzed, so as to study the effect of promoting germination and viability of the seeds, thus providing the scientific proof for production management of the new energy plant Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin. Method] Seeds were soaked respectively in Gibberellin of 50, 100, 150, 200 mg/L, Polyethyleneglycol solution with concentration of 1%, 5% , 10% , 15%, Permanganate solution with concentration of 0.01%, 0.02%, 0.05%, 0.10%. In contrast to deionized water, the statistics of germi- nation potentiality was conducted, the germination index and the vigoi index were calculated. Result] There are differences when Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin seeds pretreated with various solutions of different concentration. When the concentration of Gibberellin is up to 150 mg/L, high germination potentiality and germination rate appeared. The germination rate is 78% and the germination md6x is 21.22%. When the concentration of Polyethyleneglycol is 15%, high germination potentiality and germination rate are showed. The germination potentiality is 72%, the gemfination rate is 85% and the germination index is 22.08%. When the concentration of Permanganate is 0.02%, high germina- tion rate and germination index are showed, the germination potentiality is 50% , the germination rate is 84% and the germination index is 19.23 %. Conclusion ] Among three approaches, the best treatment is germinating potentiality 72%, germination rate 85 % , germination in- dex 22.08% , when pretreated with 15% concentration of PEG6000. It indicates a significant difference compared with CK( P 〈 0.01 ). Tarax- acum kok-saghyz Rodin seeds have a good capacity of germinating, so the method is worth generalizing and applying.
