| 摘 要： | 从生态经济学的角度出发,以生态重建与环境恢复为目的,引用生态经济系统原理和生态经济发展的相关理论,提出陕北黄土高原丘陵沟壑区生态经济发展基本思路、生态经济类型划分的初步框架和区域生态经济发展模式,从而实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益相统一的最终目的,使黄土高原丘陵沟壑区生态环境与当地社会经济可持续发展。
