摘    要:试验选用10日龄奶犊牛20头, 随机分到 4个日粮处理组,进行为期30 d 的饲养试验.在基础日粮中分别加入 0、200、400、600 mg/d的壳聚糖.结果表明:600 mg/d壳聚糖组相比对照组明显降低了血清中 TC含量 (P<0.05);在试验第20和30天,600 mg/d壳聚糖组相比对照组降低了血清中高密度脂蛋白的含量(P<0.05).

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different doses of chitosan on growth and serum parameters in dairy calves.At otal of 20 and 10 d old dairy calves were randomly allotted to four dietary treat ments.The experiment period was 30 d.The control dairy calves were fed the basal diet alone,the other treat ments fed the basal diet supplemented with 200,400,600 mg/d chitosan (CTS),respectively.In the blood serum biochemistry target aspect.The total cholesterol content significantly decreased for the 600 mg/d chitosan (CTS) (P< 0.05) In twentieth and thirtieth,high density lipoprotein content significantly decreased for the 600 mg/d chitosan(CTS) (P< 0.05).
