| 摘 要： | 针对湿式多片制动器的工作特性,文中分析了制动噪声产生的原因及影响制动噪声产生的主要因素,推导出相应的理论计算公式,提出了制动噪声的防治措施,并通过台架试验对分析结果进行了定性研究。

| Abstract: | The wet multiple disc brakes (WMDB) are progressively replacing the traditional dry brakes in agricultural machinery. Considering the WMDB operating characteristics, the paper discusses the causes of the WMDB vibration and noise, points out the main influence factors of the WMDB noise, and then derives the formulation which can be used in the WMDB vibration. Some measures to reduce noise are proposed. The theoretical analysis was verified to be correct by the test results. |
