| 摘 要： | 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的一种病毒性传染病,对养猪业造成严重威胁.对PRRSV的研究是兽医免疫学中最具挑战性的课题之一,至今人们对PRRSV所引起的免疫应答过程仍不十分了解.通过对PRRS的研究中获得的知识及存在问题的回顾,会对今后研究PRRS疫苗起到一定的推动作用.论文对PRRSV的获得性免疫反应、PRRSV的免疫调节及免疫逃逸、PRRSV的遗传多样性及其对疫苗开发的影响、现有疫苗防控措施、PRRSV疫苗的发展前景等方面的研究进展做了简要概述.

| Abstract: | Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) a member of Arterivirus Group,represents the causative agent of a new porcine disease which continues to be a threat for the pig industry . PRRSis one of the most challenging subjects of research in veterinary viral immunology ,and the i mmune response against PRRS virus (PRRSV) is still poorly realized.
