| Abstract: | The bioteehnology industry will certainly become the leading industry in 21st century and its development has extremely vital significance for China＇s economic and social development. The successful experiences of American biotechnology industry are summarized. The disadvantages of China＇s biotechnology industry in terms of development strategy, investment and financing mechanism, human resources and industry layout and structure are analyzed. |
