几种矿质元素对青菜叶形态解剖结构的影响

摘    要:在人工培养条件下,通过常规石蜡切片法,观察比较了不同浓度钾、磷、锌营养液对青菜叶解剖结构的影响。结果表明,不同浓度钾对青菜叶栅栏、海绵组织分化,叶肉组织内叶绿体含量及维管形成层细胞活动均具有不同程度的影响;供磷水平不同,青菜叶肉细胞内叶绿体中淀粉沉积动态各异;锌对青菜叶绿体体积大小和数量有不同程度的影响。

Abstract:The anatomical structure of leaves were compared by using conventional paraffin method in Brassica chinesis L. under artifitial culture condition applying different concentration of potassium ,phosphorus, zinc nutrient solution respectively. The results indicated that the different concentration of potassium nutrient solution made various effects on the differentiation of mesaphyll cells, the number of chloroplasts in mesaphyll cell, the activity of vascular cambium cells of Brassica chinesis L.;the different level of phosphorus concentration affected the dynamics of starch grain accumulation in the chloroplast; and zinc nutrition affected changes of the size and the number of chloroplast.
