| 摘 要： | 以广西玉林地区的有毒植物钩物为材料，采用95％乙醇和氯仿抽提钩吻中总生物碱，二者提取效率分别为0.52％和0.46％经分离、纯化、鉴定获得两个单体，分别为钩吻素子和钩吻素甲，钩吻总碱的急性毒性试验结果表明，钩吻总碱对小白鼠的(ip)LD50为7.38mg／kg，亚慢性毒性试验结果表明，钩吻总碱不会对小鼠造成明显的病理损伤。

| Abstract: | By collecting the Gelsemium from suburb Yulin city,Guangxi Province,PRC in this experiment,the Gelsemium total alkaloids, the main toxicity constituents of the plant are extracted,isolated and identified,and thus alkaloid A and alkaliod B are obtained.Alkaloid B is identified as koumine while alkaloid A might be Gelsemine .Its intraperitoneal LD 50 for mice of total gelsemium is 7.38 mg/kg.There were no pathological damages of total alkaloid to mice,as is shown in a subchronic toxic test. |
