大蒜收获机振动分离装置的运动力学分析

摘    要:对中国农业大学和河南开封市新科农用机械厂联合研制的4HSHW-1400型大蒜收获机的振动分离装置进行了运动力学分析.在该振动分离装置中采用新型偏心振动轮,实现了收获大蒜时挖掘物中的鳞茎与土块、碎石等的分离.通过对该装置主动链轮和振动轮的运动学和动力学分析,得到了振动装置设计参数和运动参数之间的关系,并分析了该新型振动装置的分离性能,为今后采用类似的结构装置提供了理论依据.该机已通过国家农机鉴定总站的鉴定,证实了该新型振动分离装置可以较好地满足工作需要.

Abstract:n this papert,he dynamics and kinematics are used to analyze a new vibratory separate device,4HSHW-1400 garlic harvesting machine excogitated by China Agricultural University with Xinke Agro-machine Ltd..The device adopted a new eccentricity vibratory wheel to separate the garlic from the digging mixture.Through the dynamics and kinematics analysis of the primary transfer chain and the vibratory wheel,a theoretic relation about the design parameter and the locomotion parameter of the vibratory device have been found;then it analyzed the separate characteristic of the vibratory separate device,which would provide some theoretic evidence to the similar configuration device.The machine had passed the accreditation organized by China Agricultural Machinery Testing Centre,and the result indicated that the new vibration separate equipment can satisfy the work demand.
