摘    要:目的]为饲料企业调整饲料配方提供参考。方法]以方正鲫鱼为试材,分别给其投喂不同的饲料(A:用3%的脂肪取代B中6%的蛋白质;B:蛋白质37%、脂肪6%、能量16.2MJ/kg;C:用6%的蛋白质取代B中3%的脂肪),比较不同试验组鲫鱼的生长性能、形态指标、鱼体成分和血清非特异性指标等。结果]A组鲫鱼的特定生长率、粗蛋白含量和每500g鱼饲料成本分别较B组降低了3.21%、8.64%和4.63%(P〈0.01),饲料系数较B组提高了5.00%(P〈0.01);C组鲫鱼鱼体水分、鱼血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活力和每500g鱼饲料成本分别较B组提高了1.41%、17.38%和9.24%(P〈0.01)。结论]A饲料降低了鲫鱼的生长性能,C饲料对鲫鱼的生长性能无显著影响.但增加了鲫鱼的生产成本。
