| 摘 要： | 现代生物技术近些年来发展速度及其迅猛,显示了其巨大的潜力,尤其在果树上的研究进展很快,它不仅可以定向改良果树遗传性状,而且扩展了育种范围,提高了育种效率.现从微繁技术、单倍体技术、胚培养技术、原生质体培养技术及分子生物技术的优点和应用原理以及在果树上的进展方面作了简要概述.
