近红外光谱技术在木材无损检测中应用研究综述

摘    要:近红外光谱技术作为一种先进的检测技术,具有操作简便,预测快速、准确、成本低廉和对样品全面无损等优点,已在农业、石油化工、食品、生物技术与医药等领域得到了广泛的应用,本文主要介绍近红外光谱技术的基本原理和特点,在近红外光谱分析中的常用化学计量学方法及国内外近红外光谱在预测木材化学性质、物理力学性质和木材缺陷等方面的研究成果及应用。

Abstract:As an advanced detection technology,near-infrared(NIR) spectroscopy technology has several advantages of simple operation,fast and accurate prediction,low cost and non-destructive testing,which has been widely used in the fields of agriculture,petrochemical,food,biotechnology and pharmaceutical.The basic principles and characteristics of the near-infrared spectroscopy technology were mainly introduced,as well as the commonly used chemometrics in the analysis of NIR spectroscopy.Recent research findings and applications of NIR spectroscopy at home and abroad were also introduced,including the aspects of wood chemical,physical and mechanical property testing as well as wood defect detection.
