盐胁迫对黄瓜愈伤组织生理指标的影响

以津丰2008F1和富斯特F1黄瓜愈伤组织为研究对象,利用植物组织培养技术,研究了不同盐浓度(0%、0.20%、0.40%、0.60%、0.80%、1.00%)对2个黄瓜品种的愈伤组织的叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:在不同盐浓度处理下,2个黄瓜品种的叶绿素含量随着盐浓度的升高而降低,随着盐胁迫时间的延长呈波动变化,但含量最终都趋于相等,且与胁迫前含量相比,变化不大;丙二醛含量随着盐浓度的升高及胁迫时间的延长均呈上升趋势;脯氨酸含量随盐浓度的升高呈波动变化,且变化趋势不稳定,而随着胁迫时间的延长而呈上升趋势。

Effect of Salt Stress on the Physiological Indices of Callus of Cucumber
