亚低温对茄子幼苗叶片生理特性的影响

摘    要:以耐低温性不同的3个茄子品系幼苗为试材,研究设施内亚低温(D 18℃/N 13℃)处理及恢复常温后幼苗叶片中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸的含量,以及SOD、POD活性的动态变化。结果表明:随着亚低温处理时间的延长,叶片中可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量及SOD、POD活性均呈先升后降的趋势,峰值在亚低温处理2~4 d出现,而可溶性蛋白含量持续降低;恢复常温2 d后,除可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量降低外,其它指标均呈上升趋势。耐低温性不同的3个茄子品系间,各生理指标变化趋势相近,变幅差异较大。

Abstract:Three eggplant lines were taken as experimental materials,whose low temperature resistance were defficient.The physiological characteristics of the three lines,treated under sub-low temperature(D 18℃/N 12℃,day/night),taking the treatment(D 25℃/N 20℃) as control were researched.The contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline and changes of the activities of SOD,POD in eggplant seedling leaves were determined.The results showed that with the extension of the sub-low temperature time,the contents of soluble sugar,proline and the activity of SOD,POD in the leaves of eggplant increased at first and then decreased,and the peak appeared at 2~4 d,while the contents of soluble protein decreased continuous.Restore the temperature(D 25℃/N 20℃) 2 d,the contents of proline and the activities of SOD,POD increased.The changes trend of physiology characteristics were similar among the three eggplant lines,but the amplitude were different.
